Yes, our color sample has many choices to match your hair. The hair comes in
81 different colors and shades. Fantasy colors are also available for the more
daring!
Yes, your colorist simply works around the extensions to re-color. We
can also use extensions to give you highlights WITHOUT having to color your
hair. |

Will extensions ruin my hair? |

In order to not have damage or breakage, the extensions must be attached
where your hair grows, and the methods we offer are the least damaging of those
available. Plus we have had no trouble in careful removal, as we use a high
quality remover that turns into a powder and comes out EASILY. Most damage
happens when extensions are not taken care of properly. Brushing out any knots
right away is very important |

Appointments run an average of 4-6 hours. Some have been less and others

Do I need to buy expensive special shampoos and conditioners? |

You can use exactly the same products of your choice on extensions as you
would on your very own hair. Be light on conditioners and not to close to the
scalp as they do loosen the bond. I would also avoid oil-based conditioners!
The correct brushes, cleansing and styling products will be recommended. |

It's different for everyone but averages 3-5 months along with mandatory
monthly checkups. |

Can I bathe, shower, swim, go out in the wind and rain, and play sports in
my new extensions? |

Yes, You can wash and style your extensions exactly as you would your own
hair (do be a little gentler). Extensive water exposure will loosen bonding
though-so dry carefully after. Dry hair before you go to bed. If you swim a lot
we recommend you wear a swim cap. |

No, we have tried some re-bondable hair but the quality was not as fresh as a
new bond. |

What is the length of extensions? |

Our extensions range from 12“-14”, 18“-20” and 26“-30“ . Anything longer than this puts extra weight on your scalp which may lead to uneven pressure
and damage to your own hair. The best looking hair extensions for average height women are usually around 22" or less. |

Yes. A consultation is required to decide if this service is the best for you
and to answer your questions. Consultations are free of charge and please take
the time to ask the stylist any questions you may have. |

Are Hair Extensions suitable for me? |

Hair Extensions are great for most people. However, there could be factors, such
as unsuitable current hair condition, hair loss, or hair damage that could
prevent extensions from being an option. These factors will be discussed during
your consultation.
There are absolutely no refunds on extension services. You must realize that
some people will simply not like having new hair attached to their own hair.
Most people love extensions but there are exceptions and you can't always know
ahead of time.
If you are extremely sensitive
you may not want to have them. You have to give extensions a fair chance. It can
take a week or two to get used to the feeling of the attachments. The extension
hair may not feel exactly like your own hair and that is all part of a new hair
experience. |
